Naturally, people are offended. The old 'Do YOU make sure you're fluent in the language of a country before you visit it?' Issue comes up. People argue that there's a big difference between visiting a country and living there permanently. People say this isn't bad service.
emrldsword has had enough of the 'it's not bad service' crap.
