12:25a - Good Old Fashioned Wank
Over in the Toronto Community, a call goes out for a return to "Old Fashioned" Values and forms of address.

A dogpile ensues as everyone tries to be first to call the OP an idiot and tell her why she's wrong.

Look out for another conservative jumping in to give support and promptly smacked down.

Edit: Y'know, this reminds me of that girl who got wanked a while back over her conviction that the Purebloods of the Potterverse (ie Malfoy and their ilk) were "properly civilized" and refined.

9:28a - Amazon Review Wank (Other Than Anne Rice)
Via a mouse on [info]wank_report: Now, a book with a title like "Women Who Make the World Worse: and How Their Radical Feminist Assault Is Ruining Our Schools, Families, Military, and Sports" couldn't POSSIBLY spawn wank, could it?

You need to ask? )

current mood: Mildly Amused

10:10p - The_Faery_Queen patrolls our fantasies
Itty bitty asexuality wank which, once again, has nothing to do with asexualty. And once again, it's all about the_faery_queen.

if he wants to be raped, then no, i guess it is less dodgy BUT i would personally find it a bit insulting, to want to be hurt and humilated, insulting in that, lots of people suffer this, it fucks them up for life. and i just find it a bit off when people WANT to have this done to them, or want to do it to other people even in a consentual situation

and i do get that people want it because of power issues, to give up power to someone they love, or to have power over someone they love, and rape is power, afte rall. but it, like bondage, never sits that well with me because i can never get beyond teh fact people really do suffer this (rape, slavery, etc) and i just find it unsettling that people want to do this, and that they find it fun.

i think most people would be open minded enough to say, thats your opinion and you;re allowed to have it. as long as people say, i think this, i feel this, not THIS IS THIS, as a fact, then people have no right to complain. and denying peole the right to believe what they want is also a step towards discrimination.

Translation, please?

Unfortunately mass baleetion happened before I got to it, but half of the conversation remains. Small and probably not getting any bigger, but funny.
