8:36a - "You don't know the origins of the Dutch people like I do! You're just glib!"

Over at lolita_fucks (which appears to be an outfit mocking community for elitist lolitas and, apart from the name, perfectly work safe), theaphelia posts a couple of links to pictures. The fourth picture prompts aingli_deas to generalise a bit:
"Four, I like leyla, but yeah, that picture is awful, and the top clashes, badly. Though the Germans aren't known for excellent fashion sense. ^____^"
Once told that the woman in the picture is actually from the Netherlands, aingli_deas responds with "Same difference. :p", and they're off! And by "they", I mostly mean "aingli_deas", although she couldn't have done it without the participation of chapeauxchick and kai_nimura.
"Get a grip. Most german people don't give two shits about the dutch being some special little race, they are not that much different."
In that thread, the argument ranges from the proper understanding of racial anthropology to who's the idiot when the use of 'German' and 'Germanic' as synonyms without explanation creates confusion to personal attacks to racism to an indignant friend coming to rescue. Three guesses if somebody breaks Godwin's Law during all that.
A couple of days after everyone else has stopped, a comment that looks like the ghost of wanks past makes an appearance.
