zandperl who compares a kitty and bird to a baby with a gun: It may be possible for cats and birds to live harmoniously, but without the CO person including that information, we don't know the situation here. Would you think it's cute if you saw a picture of a child playing with a gun? Maybe if you knew that it was a toy gun, but without that information you wouldn't know if the next picture would be a baby without half a head.

I think its important to remember that the grass is coated with pesticides, so those two cuties are basically swimming in chemicals. Then, when we pick them up to snorgle them, we are ingesting a face full o'death.

First report, blah blah blah, don't eat your own until I'm properly seasoned.

Over on the tmi_chix comm, the members usually like to discuss the color and length of their menstrua, the quality of their sex, and the smell of their boogers.

But when x___shameless posts about sex and maybe drugs with her rock and roll, it's OMGONOES DRUGS ARE EVIL! At least, it is to _sistersunshine, who starts off with a "Drugs are stupid and only stupid attention whores do it!" People beg to disagree. Another thread has her trying to talk down x___shameless from the DRUG USING! by telling her she's going to get raped.

LJ says they've listened to the complaints and are going to make changes/announcements soon.

ghostmaster points out this follow-up post that seems to be getting pretty wanky, complete with troll.

expeliarbum points out that there's a new LJ petition. Because those ALWAYS work.

LJ attempts to explain about sponsored communities and how they're different.

And now Brad has come out of hiding to try and do more damage control and talk about renaming the sponsored communities something else. He also pleads for LJ users to please reply, but constructive, please.... it's a lot for us to read.
