This was alreay linked on customers_suck and stupid_free, and some of it's a little old, but it's still to good not to report.
Meet springs1. She derives her only pleasure in life from eating at crappy chain restaurants is a picky connoisseur of fine dining experiences. In order to provide the rest of the world with her pertinent observations on the betterment of customer service in the restaurant industry, she created a community, asprings131, of which she is the sole member and maintainer.
