I'm sure the Daily Mail has excellent journalists which aren't idiots, but this man doesn't seem to be one of them.

Okay, yes, so I'm biased. Sue me :p.

He's written an article on the murdered prostitutes in Ipswich, and thinks that being strangled to death is an occupational hazard for prostitutes.

"That doesn't make it justifiable homicide, but in the scheme of things the deaths of these five women is no great loss.

They weren't going to discover a cure for cancer or embark on missionary work in Darfur. The only kind of missionary position they undertook was in the back seat of a car."

He's got 80 reader comments already, ranging from "On form as usual John, keep writing for the silent majority." to "What a sad commentary. You diminish the loss of these young women because of their lifestyle ? What a LITTLE mind you have!"

So... plenty of wank! Over dead prostitutes! How... appropriate.

This has gotten enough replies that I think it's qualified to be posted here.

There's been a number of posts on [info]customers_suck recently that skirt off-topic, but so far most of them have been tolerated as legal sucks. Apparently [info]skyla_doragona took that as justification to post a roleplay log in which Bakura is a sucky customer. People are not amused.

Oh, and on Gilligan's Island once, Mr. Howell was rude to Mary Anne when she was selling coconut jewlery. Then Mrs Howell threw sand in Mary Anne's face and they told her she was poor white trash.

And one time, the Fonz had to run out to the parking lot to save his motorcycle, and didn't pay Arnold for his fries!

Seriously, dude, this is lame. This is a place for REAL stuff, not games.

Aren't there communities for this......stuff?
We know most of the stories posted here are fantasy and fiction, but the OP's usually try to pretend it's real.

Could be more wanky if she comes back to the post.

Russian website Allofmp3.com is being sued by the RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America; they're basically a lawsuit-happy group claiming to represent American music artists and have championed stopping music piracy) for $1.65 trillion dollars. That's trillion with a T, folks, apparently working out to $150,000 per song that Allofmp3.com has to offer. They're also being hit by record companies. Apparently the site charges $1 per album and cents per track and doesn't offer any royalties in return.

That's pretty damn wanky in and of itself, but people are wanking about it in articles and blogs, too. Here, in the comments of an article, we have people debating copyright law by calling each other Fu©kin’ morons. This article features some wank over whether piracy is A-OK and whether Allofmp3.com operates in a legal manner or not, as well as this gem of a comment: The RIAA is like big oils unmarried pregnant sister in-law. Down with the man.

If anybody finds any more commentary, feel free to comment and I'll link it up.
