Flickr is a website where people share photos of themselves, often with complete strangers.
Nachismo is a photo-sharing member who comes with a harrowing tale. Apparently, someone else on Flickr (Whitman) had some pictures of his daughter posted on a pedophilic site (the original story has been taken down, so no further details). So she creates a petition to make Flickr stop the pedophiles from viewing photos of children on the site. Throughout the comments there is a lot of support, and people calling for the balls of pedophiles on a silver platter.
Flickr should be a safe website for friends to meet new friends and to share pictures: Flickr should not be a playground for pedophiles.
There's also: It's okay to spam and if you don't like it, you're with the pedophiles!
And: I'm sad that my paranoia keeps me from showing pictures of my kids to complete strangers.
Whitman comes in to say that: Flickr accounts should be verifiable. Like Paypal. Even the free ones.
Not to mention: They seem to have a big problem with spamming.
And this last one, because no wank report is complete with someone bringing logic in a tl;dr style.

Found by way of stupid_free but this is too damn funny not to share.
softest_fire posts to caninecentral hoping to find someone with a female German shepherd that she can breed with (her dog, not her). First comment out points out how many dogs are killed in shelters because no one wants them and how she's just going to contribute to the problem.

Highlights:
- continuous incoherence and lack of grammar
- continuous lack of any kind of sense
- continuous threats that she knows people's IPs and will use that information to "get" them
- continuous threats that she has a lawyer and has contacted LJ legal and if they continue to contact her (in a public community post), she'll GET THEM!!
Userinfo says she's 28 but frankly it's like watching a bitchy 12 year-old having a total meltdown. Fun times.
EDIT: As others have pointed it, it took nine months for the responses to take off, and the wank isn't all softest_fire's; some of the comm members have their moments of batshit as well.

polyamory is usually an impressively unwanky community, especially considering that discussions frequently touch on sex, ethics, religion, and the difference between poly and swinging -- matters of no small controversy. But nothing gold can stay!
darkhorseman makes a post seeking advice about his polyamorous situation. The short version is, he wants to have many lovers but is uncomfortable if his lovers have other lovers themselves. Some of his original post bears quotation, though:
I have what a friend calls “The stallion mentality” I am poly but I prefer my partners not to be. This is not a problem with my wife as she is not poly and does not mind that I am. She has no interest in anyone else but me. Now Ariana/callmesilver on the other hand who is poly and prefers to have other partners. Now oddly enough I don’t as much mind the idea of her having intimacy with a friend but she wants more than that... to take it in to the area of love/being in love with someone else and it truly bothers me. I can't fully explain why though I have been meditating on it.
