Remember rfjason? From this customers_suck/bad_service shitstorm?

He's at it again. Yes, that is the same fucking rant.

Fucksake, dude, take up coin collecting or basketweaving or something and let it go.

He's an ass, no doubt, but whether or not he's right in this post, I don't think this is all that wanky. Could get there, though.

I don't think it will get much more wanky than it is, because I think most of the people in the comm realise that he's just craving the attention. I could be wrong, but even his last post didn't generate much.

And I can't even begin to imagine why this asshole always gets such bad service.

..because he couldn't give it in the first place, maybe?

Wow. You know, if the people at bad_service are telling you you're way over the line when you're complaining about "bad service" then you know you've really overstepped your bounds.

Oh good god. Has this man ever been on the other side of the counter?

Only when the server dragged him over the counter while in the act of strangling him.

From this lovely subthread, rfjason's idea of good customer service in response to a customer asking for a nonexistent paperback copy of The DaVinci Code:

"Interesting! You're the sixth person today to ask for that book in Paperback format. We've talked to the manufacturer, and they claim there is no paperback version of that book. Honestly? We're beginning to wonder if there isn't a counterfeit publisher out there making unauthorized paperback versions, which would certainly explain the situation."

Am I the only one picturing this fictional bookseller wearing lots and lots of FLAIR? And being beaten senseless with a copy of the hardback version? Here's my idea of good customer service in that situation:

"The DaVinci Code totally sucks ass. Read something by David Sedaris instead."
