Eww, icky body fluids! Cooties! Bleh, i used to think a lot of sexual things were gross... until i actually became sexually active. So maybe it's just the same syndrome for her. But i don't remember ever freaking out about the concepts like she does.

It reminds me of a smutfic i wrote of my OT3 getting it on with one girl. Everyone loved it except for one person, who liked it except that she couldn't stand the parts where they came in her mouth. It was just hard for me to understand how she enjoyed reading about the woman getting plowed every which way but couldn't stand the idea of the woman getting jizz in her mouth. But to each his own.

My point is, that it's not the only way to make your NC-17 good. If you think it is, I'm going to come to your house and give you an Atomic Wedgie, because you deserve no less.

For some reason, that reminds me of a Gundam Wing fic where one character finishes the other off with his hands--no spitting OR swallowing. I was so surprised that I reread the previous few paragraphs to make sure I hadn't missed something.

I can understand her point about wanting variety, because so much smut is very copy & paste, with a specific sequence to be followed. But getting pissed off about something so common as swallowing showing up in smut fics is kind of stupid.

It did indeed. When I first saw it on my flist, I shrugged, read some comments and figured it could grow. Now it's all so...beautiful.

I'm not crazy about come but certainly am not "grossed out" by it, and certainly am not grossed out by it in fic because then it's not real, but I am currently feeling rather a large amount of revulsion at the term "genital secretions." Sounds like someone's got an oozing sore down there, or something. Might want to look into that. But not with your tongue. Yuck.

The whine in the journal is ace, thanks for linking that bit. A lovely, honey-flavoured cherry to top off a sea of wank.
