i admit, if i wasn't so worked up over all of that, i would have chosen my words better and not sound so boarish. that was my mistake and mine alone.

indeed, i to am disapointed in them and their blanet refuseal to any sort of rashional debate. later on i was trying to be sencer in responting to them, but all i recived was more insults. How can any sane person take seriously anyone who acts in such a mannor, much less further an agenda that they want to push?

I thought the photo was sarcastic - over-the-top sarcastic, of course, but that's at least how I think it was meant. The whole "connect-everything-to-terrorism" bit.

I do feel like smacking myself in the forehead when the feminist rants start, because they're not helping, but really both sides look pretty weak in this case, apart from the "sit down, mofo" side.

That was...weird. I regret having said anything, really, but I have all the self-control of a gerbil on coke. Just...weird. Not the sort of thing I'd expect at that comm. (sarahtheboring over there, btw. A couple of impulsive comments here and there.)

You know, there are days, months, even YEARS when I'm sooooo glad I'm Canadian. No Shrubs for me!

I've been watching American politics with much...er...interest. If we only had half the drama in our government as Americans have, I think our politics would be much more interesting...and not necessarily in a good way.

Certainly it would be a lot more wankier than it is now. The best we can do these days is come up with Conflict of Interest Issues. We didn't even get all that excited when an MP came out of the closet a few years back. So few people cared that he keeps getting voted back into office.
