Remember childofmarduk, the "best writer ever"? Well, he's back, this time on </a></b></a>books, arguing that all modern literature is degenerate filth, but that doesn't matter since in a few years no-one will be able to read and write any more. There follows an almighty smackdown by members of said community (most notably conuly, who I tend to agree with, frighteningly), during which childofmarduk claims to be writing the Next Great Novel, insults those who don't agree with him and reveals that he considers Thomas Harris and George R R Martin to be the Tolstoy and Dostoevsky of their day.
