Over on customers_suck, miraclekisses, who works for an insurance agent, makes a post about an irate customer screaming at her over the phone. Pretty standard fare, really.

lemonfreshsmurf responds with a TMI comment about how insurance companies all suck because of what happened to her mother and friend.

aroihkin takes offence.

lemonfreshsmurf complains at being forced to waste her lunchbreak researching a reply to aroihkin and then the insults start, culminating in a (very frequently spammed) post on lemonfreshsmurf's journal.
