I totally call shenanigans. It reads like a faked fight, like they're trying to have one over on someone who found their journals. There's no heart in the argument, just a lot of one-upmanship, like "I bet I can make the train wreck bigger than you can."

Not that I'd ever do anything like that. I'm a perfect saint. Also, I find fake fights more fun in person...

Whoa. I felt guilty reading this--because it's not really a wank, it's three people having a private argument in what ought to be a private post--but I confess to reading every link. The crazy, it does not stop.

Children: When everyone involved has serious reservations and you're regularly beating one another up, no amount of money in the world is enough to justify moving in together. Just say no.

I'm also wondering whether subcultures' craziness is synergistic. For example, if you're into BDSM, you get X amount of inherited subcultural crazy; if you're poly, you get Y amount of inherited crazy; and if you're into poly BDSM, you get X times Y inherited crazy. Each additional subculture multiplies all the previous ones, until your crazy tolerance goes kaflooey and wank spews everywhere. Poly furries into BDSM were doomed from the start. If they were goth, too, people would be dead right now.

...Orrrr maybe a certain type of drama-prone personality collects subcultures. But that's the boring explanation.
