Yep. Nashville wank. And it doesn't involve country music, publishing, or the medical profession, either.

You see, recently a young man was tasered to death outside a local club. (I do not know the whole story; what I know is that he was tripping like mad and was known for doing drugs.) wolfgrrl posted a short, but outraged, entry regarding this to nashvillians and within three threads the wank was on!

The entry itself isn't really all that wanky; it's two lines, both of which were links. randomwriter starts off the wanking, but it's uhohlissa who really revs things up, because randomwriter pretty much disappears after hir sole comment. Accusations of immaturity and inability to understand what the police really have to deal with fly thick and fast, and it's not long before uhohlissa pulls out the "I know someone who is!" card, although in this case it's "my parents are LEO so STFU!" (What is the jurisimprudence law for that?) Later on mikedisaster chides the group for callousness and cruelty, and uhohlissa opens up on him/her, too. More invocations of various jurisimprudence laws occur, and basically it's a big, wanky mess.

God I love this city. /sarcasm
