I don't hate you, I'm just laughing at you
Over on metaquotes, nodrogg decides to quote something which is neither funny nor deep (the metaquotes rules continue to be too difficult to grasp, I guess).
That is, the quote in question is from the community feministrage, an obvious parody of feminist_rage, but nodrogg manages to drain all the ‘funny’ out by failing to get that it’s a satire.
But then nodrogg goes on to make his/her own “viciously bigoted attack” in the comments: The problem is, gay men don't hate women. [They may laugh at them, particularly at fashion shows and beauty contests, but that's a different story; that's more a matter of art criticism.] On the other hand, a lot of lesbians genuinely, viscerally hate men. So in the end, it is faintly funny after all.
