Once upon a time, there was a community on livejournal called dot_sex_snark. It was much like fandom_wank, only friendslocked, and the pointing and laughing was about sex comms, not fandom. Every now and then there was drama, which is probably what promted today's events.

Today, almost 200 members of the comm were kicked off. Here's why, says the comm.

Someone who was booted decide to create a new comm called sex_snark, and invite several former members of dss to join.

I'm thinking the dss crowd didn't quite approve of this, as the appeal part of the original message in dss was replaced with:

If you feel this decision regarding your status in particular has been made in error, you can STFU. We're done. It's an LJ community. Go whine in dot_cattiness along with all the other people who need waaaaahmbulances.
