It's like that kickass "Emo Harry" Sims 2 compilation where the ...well, Emo Whore...boolproped out the mac & cheese bowl to make sobbbing Harry look like he was stabbing himself in the arm with a fork. As for the "emo whore" comment, maybe some clarification would...no, in your case, it wouldn't help, but since I like to sound like a pompous windbag, I'll do it anyway.

I define "emo whore" not as a person who is both a whore and is over-emotional to the point of pathetic, but as a person who makes their depressing tendencies into a game to see how much attention they can garner in a cheap ploy to manipulate others into feeling sorry for them. They are "whoring" for attention much as an attention whore does; not by standing on a streetcorner and charging $20 a blow, but by making themselves the focal point of every conversation and point of interest in a room. As children, they were probably known as 'show-offs', but as they grew up and never grew out of that habit, the trait became less adorable and worthy of attention and more annoying until the person had to adapt to the guerilla tactics that make them the social parasite they are today.

Oh, there's backstory here too... [info]modest_tales dared to comment on [info]bubonicplague's RPG's info post with a minor correction a while back and [info]bubonicplague overreacted incredibly and vicious wank ensued. I think that all got deleted, unfortunately.

Now [info]bubonicplague thinks [info]modest_tales is stalking her! ...so she went to [info]modest_tales's journal and flamed her fanfiction.

I should also add, I'm way biased, since [info]modest_tales is a friend of mine, but Jesus, [info]bubonicplague's Snape sucks.

Seriously, a hissy? She said "just so you know, this is incorrect." She didn't start wanking till after you freaked out and started assaulting her.

Frankly, as a mod, if someone notices a mistake in my game, I thank them profusely and change it, because I know I'm not infallible and make mistakes, and I want my game to look good to the rest of the world. Or, if I disagree with their correction, I might say "No, I don't think that's so, why do you say it is?"

Of course, the last time I saw a mod who acted the way you did, his game shut down a month later because no one was interested in dealing with a crazy person. So hey, RP Darwin?

You are making accusations about an alleged overreaction on my part, and yet you are bandying about terms relating to insanity and are obviously quite hostile? I personally would not want you as part of one of my games - nor anyone completely devoid of a sense of reality.

The lack of a sense of humor is phenomenal. It's like watching a Buffy/Angel shipper during season six.

As for "bandying about terms relating to insanity," I'm just calling it like I see it. Prove me wrong. I've got a link to a copy of the original thread, and I'm looking at it, and I see absolutely nothing that makes it look like you have... well, anything at all to stand on, so forgive me for thinking you're coming off as a little round the bend.

I think that anyone who is going to become that obsessive about whether or not an "s" exists deserves the two-liter sized mock - especially when said individual holds a grudge about it for months and continues to follow my character journals. I'm confused and want to ask this in a non-threatening manner as a request to satisfy my curiosity. I ship neither H/Hr or R/Hr and really didn't care which happened. When did JKR promise Harmony? I recall her saying she'd be bringing in a ship people had been waiting for or expecting, but that could have been a lot of things. I don't recall her being specific about ships and I was just curious about where that came from.

Also, as a slasher, I will fully admit that slash is the white woman's dildo. It's why I love it. Fanfic of any orientation is the white woman's dildo.

Why? I was asking an honest question. I didn't find H/Hr obvious, nor do I know the interview where she 'promised' it. In fact, I remember an interview a few years back that convinced a lot of my friends that R/Hr was going to happen. I also remember not giving a crap about who Hermione liked, because I really prefer reading romance about slightly older characters. Why can't you just be nice and answer the question? I don't remember being rude to anyone here and you can even just link me to something, but really, this is why people think H/Hr shippers are crazy sometimes. Because we ask nicely for proof and get made fun of, which is funny since I can find proof for some rediculous ships, but I'm not going to cry when they're not canon.

No, it wasn't. I think you're putting maliciousness into my words where they weren't meant. I was simply admitting that maybe I had missed this because I don't care about it that much but that I was curious and wanted to know. I tend to have a sense of humor about most things, yes, but I said right there in my question that I was trying to be honest, not malicious, and was curious about the answer. You're just assuming that I was trying to be a bitch, because you expect people to, but if I was trying to be a bitch, I wouldn't have bothered responding. You're putting meaning into my words and presuming things about me, so which of us is being rude?

Ahh, hell. I can't resist replying to everyone. The abuse of italics is fun...I mean, come on, wow. Snape is a huge emo whiner even at ...eh, late 30's, and I suspect he's worse at 17-18. Anyone who can yell "Me...the Half-Blood Prince" !!!!!" needs a wank journal all his own.

Meep! I deleted the bad_rpers_suck post when the player deleted her copied posts and was kinda cool about it. Y'know, for someone who pirated the posts...eh, hell. I'm all emo and shit like my Sev. He's 18 - I have no excuse.
