I'll be honest. I can't even do this justice, really. And I know I don't have all of the pieces. So instead, I'm just going to throw a link or two at you guys, and then run for it. (Unless people have questions. If so, I'll try to explain, to the best of my ability. Or ask people who can, and relay the message.)

Some background on Kali -- at least-RP-wise. So y'all know who you're dealing with. Biased as all get-out, yeah. But most all of the actual meat of the site is primary-source material, so.

I’m conflicted. I can’t decide which I like better: the refusal of Gift Icons of Negative Association (When I tested the waters by sending you a gift of icons, it was thrown back at me... because the icons reminded you of other people you hate.) or the Accusations of Role-Playing Character Bias ( Because, honestly, when I found out you were Jun, it all made so much sense - you'd always been really negative and nasty to me as yourself and as Jun OOC once you got upset, and you were immediately hostile to Siryn as Jun as soon as I started writing her.).

For me, it was the bickering about the merits of their respective grief work support or the lack thereof that impressed me the most. I still feel itchy from reading that part.

There's so much to choose from though.

I think I've vented my spleen sufficiently, though. She has apologized in some fashion for some of the things she'd done which offended me. I'm currently beating down an unworthy impulse to word an acceptance of that apology in 'cleverly'.

Yeaah. I mean, back when I was active, there was the badly spelled goth serial killer/sub with Issues RP, and that made me roll my eyes, but that was...about it.


Also, I have no idea what's up with indigoskynet, but *man* should you not play yourself-but-different-but-with-the-same-name-but-not exactly the same unless everyone knows you personally. Because, first of all, people *will* confuse your IC and OOC opinions, and, second, people will start thinking of you as That Chick Who Thinks She's Psychic OMGWTF.

I didn't notice this in time for my first post...but this wank has all the classic elements.

Dead relatives? Check. Dead friends too.
Mutual accusations of passive-aggressiveness and bad faith? Check.
References to private conversations and non-present third persons as "proof"? Check.
Sockpuppets? Check.
RP groups turned to infighting? Check.
tl;dr? Checkity check check check.

There's even ZOMGfake!BuddhistPERSECUTION. Now all it needs is furries and Harmonians, and it'll be a condensation of all that is wanky on the internet.

I haven't read up on the symptoms lately, but does it sound to anyone else like Kali is suffering from Borderline Personality Disorder?

Indigoskynet always struck me as a pedantic wanker, especially during my time reading Sages, so I was ready to write this off as a grudge. But then I kept reading. And reading. And OMFG. It's not just her who's showing how much of a nutjob Kali really is. It's almost everyone who interacts with Kali.

I thought I'd pipe up. Yes, I'm connected to dear_multiverse. Hell I MADE it. Yep, 'Tis I, captaintita. I made it out of the Indigo/Kali tl;dr. Why? I'm friends with Indigo. I know she's bad at times, and has a penchant for .. well, you know. She's mostly OK.

Sages is not my concern anymore, thankfully, and what happens there, like Vegas, stays there. I've been trying to keep DM wank free, and for the most part, me and the other mods do our best. Notice the scarcity of the DM wank reports here on JF. Do I look at Sages? From time to time -- I kept one char there. If there's deleted posts, we notify the poster, through whatever means, & keep a copy somewhere, comments too, unless the commenter deletes it themselves. I even post monthly Mod posts to let people know if something's up, or a tl;dr if all's good.

As I said, I & the other mods try our best to keep DM wank free. Stuff happens, but we pounce quickly & try to either steer the topic away from the wankery or crack down. If you look, feel free. I welcome everyone.
