Wait... Who's the idiot again?
Some funny grammar!wank from [info]mock_the_stupid.

Someone posts about a moronic customer who doesn't seem to understand the concept of taxes. Edit: Entry deleted.

[info]grammarpunk chooses to pick on the poster's inability to spell the word "ridiculous." Except that he's not exactly the best speller in the world himself.

[info]noelleleith points out: That's "consistently."

Don't care if it's a typo. If you're going to mock someone for incorrect spelling, don't use incorrect spelling.

[info]grammarpunk replies: Typos are excusable errors, regardless of context. Yes, it may make one unintentionally hypocritical, but it does not make one stupid. Heck, I would have forgiven "rediculous" comlpetely if it had only happened once.

Also, if you are going to mock someone for a typo, make sure your sentences have subjects ("Don't care if it's a typo").

[ Emphasis Mine ]

And when someone kindly tells him to try going to one of the grammar communities instead to gripe about grammatical errors, [info]grammarpunk says:

I now all about the grammar communities. The thing is, I point out and/or correct poor grammar and spelling wherever I may happen upon it. I don't seek them out, but I don't have to; there are more than enough that come to me of their own accord.

[info]godhatesmorons reads this and points out the obvious mistake: "I now all about the grammar communities."

But good ol' [info]grammarpunk is still oblivious:

Yup. In fact, I'm going to go look at one right know.

The whole thread is absolutely hilarious. :D
