Nobel-Prize Winning Wank!
No, literally. Wank over the Nobel Prize.

So this year the Nobel Prize for medicine went to Paul Lauterbur and Sir Peter Mansfield, two Important Science Guys, for the development of MRI scanning.

Raymond Damadian, who is the self-proclaimed inventor of this method, wasn't particularly happy about that. So unhappy, in fact, that he paid $300,000 to put full-page ads in the NY times, Washington Post, and a major Swedish newspaper.

Text of the ad in the NY times

I expect that I am sufficiently resistant to the mortal slings of a prize process that has allowed itself to be dominated by individuals who, regrettable as it is to acknowledge, are ethically and intellectually corrupt. I cannot, however, sit by and permit the illegitimate celebration of a disgrace to my invention and its distinguished history

Various people discuss.

The difference between theory and practical use is discussed. The word plagiarism is invoked.

But wait! It's really all just because Damadian is a Christian.

Or, depending on who you talk to, it might be them 'ZIONIST COMMITTEE MEMBERS'
