To make it sex it must involve penetration, a pregnancy must be effected, it must be performed in the presence of a sanctified priest and everyone in a radius of two miles needs to lay back and think of England.

Actually, I'm not sure if it's wank when the OP asks for everyone's personal cracktastic definition and gets just that. There's not a lot of arguing going on.

NO. I firmly stand by it that only real penetration (this can mean anal or vaginal) that includes a penis can be considered sex, despite what a lot of people on here seem to think. Anything else is not. Sure, it's intimate and pleasing and yada yada yada, but it's not sex. Sex = intercourse. This is one of the drawbacks of being a lesbian, I think; you can't ever really have sex. And no, I don't think dildos count as sex either.
