Jealous racist censor wank
Many thanks to a mouse on [info]wank_report!

White girl [info]natsukigirl makes a post on [info]ipod that says nothing but, "YAAAAAY! My new iPod Nano (it's white) is named 'RABBEAT'. But, on the back there's a Sun Microsystem logo."

Except that she doesn't write it quite like that. She writes it like this:

きゃあぁぁぁ!新らしiPod Nano『白い』の名前:ラビート(RABBEAT):p
でも背中がSUN MICROSYSTEMのローゴ.

Cue the cries of "What?" and "Speak English, fangirl!" from the crowd. Ah, but [info]natsukigirl and her friend [info]jesuitx see right through them. They're not just asking her to speak English in an English-speaking community, they're jealous racists who hate freedom:

This type of eHatred is usually present when one has tried to achieve what the attackee has, but failed miserably.

Am I wrong?

----

So you're an advocate of "white washing?" You disgust me.

----

No one said they shouldn't keep posting there... but, for example, if you were moving into a new place, and someone warned you the landlord is a racist, would you want to live there? Or at least be alerted so you can watch out for yourself... etc? I mean, I walked into a shit storm by writing in Japanese and no one was there to warn me that it would be an issue. Case in point. Now they know it causes an issue to post in anything but English there. See my point?

My own issue is that, yes, people love the internet because it's freedom of speech minus being lynched if you're speech is outlandish, cruel, racist... etc. Hey, I am ALL for freedom of speech (duh! lol)... but when they try to opress as well as speak, I have a fucking problem with it. I mean honestly, if they can't be social adept online, imagine how the act in person. It's also ironic that while they are "freedom of speech" they are really only "freedom of speech that's in MY language." It's 2006, why are people still frightened of things that don't understand? Haven't we evolved yet people?

There's even more fun in [info]natsukigirl's LJ.
