Internet lawyers, rape and racism, oh noes.
Relatively small, but this wank has it all. Internet law? Check. Rape? Check. Sexism? Check. Blaming the victim? Check. Racism? Check, check and check again.

ebonbird posts a metaquote bashing David Yeagley for his article blaming the black victim of an alleged rape by white Lacrosse players at Duke University, and for a while, there is much word and outrage at Yeagley to be had.

But then madscience shows up to assert that nobody was raped and that the all this discussion of the case is actually character assasination against the accusers.

Naturally, wank happens. Comments are now frozen, so it (probably) won't grow, but I still think there's enough wank for it to go here.
