Oh ho, what is this? More sweet, delicious, and most importantly non-Sages or Nexus related BRPS drama.

It all starts when whenrainfalls, a gritty ex-stripper for the mafia rants about sugary stripper/prostitute sues. You know, the kind with a heart of gold and a mouth of...well, you get the idea. Which is understandable, considering the fact that she recently got an app for a seventeen year old queen of the pole, who brings all the celebs to the yard.

Sadly (or merrily, for us), she's pretty dumb with her words, and people call her on it. Watch, as people point out that not all strippers hate their jobs with a burning rage, not all clubs are drug infested dens of sin straight out of the seediest dark alley in Tijiuana, and that *gasp* sex workers aren't the only romanticized and unrealistic things in RPs.

My favorite part about this, though? The ranter's calling for more hard, gritty realism in an RP that has an adult version of Eric Cartman.

*gasp* You gotta be kidding! Next thing you know, people are going to say that living on the road is not always a barrel of joy, or that a heck of a lot of thieves ended up hanged in the old times, instead of retiring comfortably.

Yeah. I'm now living in constant fear that someone will point out that my pseudo-medieval female characters should be zomg oppressed instead of being equals, or that my double-agent character isn't an accurate representation of military life.

I can't really fault her for citing, you know, actual laws and stuff. A 17 year-old would have a very difficult time actually becoming a stripper legally in Las Vegas. (Now an 18 year-old not so much.) And if she is the mod/list-owner/whatever, it's her playground.
