Seriously, though? Capricious TOS enforcement is one of the things which brought down the AOL forum culture, and 6apart should study the corporate history of that company before relying on volunteers to make decisions which can lead to banning.

Internet Lawyers aside, dissatisfied customers are sources of business for the competition.

(non seq: I do love the word capricious. I see LJ Abuse as a herd of Comic Book Guy clones with goat hooves, dancing about in their cheap office chairs and rattling their keyboards with the rhythm.)
