By birth control, btw, she means they should be put on the pill by the government. Then she freaks out whenadux suggests both 'strategies' would be an abuse of human rights. And pregnant teenagers deserve what they get, only they don't get what they deserve.
(Can I note this person used to be a fangirl of mine in my fic posting days? I hadn't seen her around for ages and now I feel sullied.)
