CO brings the wank yet again
I don't think cute and fuzzy animals are a fandom, although they should be, so this goes in

otf_wank.

It's "Debauchery Friday" on Cute Overload, featuring animals with various mind-altering substances, which means one thing...

Wank.

The blog posts a photo of some cute bunnies chowing down on something that looks a lot like marijuana. Cue 110+ comments, which start off with the usual dumb jokes and then make with the wank. There really ought to be a CO bingo card of wank or something. We have "That's so sad!", suggestions to call the ASPCA, as well as someone who apparently doesn't know that "we don't call names around here."

And don't forget the arguing over whether it's pot or not (as well as the potential harmfulness of whatever the plant is on bunnies). "Yes it is!" "No it isn't!"

And what wank is complete without an "I'm leaving!" statement?

Whether it's is pot or not (I honestly have no clue, I've never seen pot the hasn't already been prepared for smoking in my life. No I don't smoke it my self but I know several people who do.)since animals tend to know what they can and can not eat to the point of being able to self medicate when they are sick, I doubt the cute little bunnies are in any danger. Maybe they're just having a party.

I've heard that you shouldn't follow the folkloric rule-of-thumb that you can eat a mushroom if you've seen an animal eat it, on the assumption animals won't eat poisonous mushrooms, because they will eat poisonous mushrooms.

On the otherhand, eating some pot isn't going to kill the bunnies (and it's not like they need their long-term memory anyways).

	I disagree. My dog Bazil LOVES chocolate, and has even swiped some, and chocolate is quite bad for dogs. Sure, you could argue that animals know what herbs are poisonous or not, but when it comes to human processed food or foreign plants, then how could they know? (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Dude, it's not the leaves of the plant that create the drug! So even IF the very very adorable bunnies were eating marihuana leaves, they probably wouldn't suffer any ill effects anyway. The THC is in the female flowery bits, not the actual leaves. Geez. (Reply to this)(Thread)
