Someone's mom thinks there's a sniper or something in Philly. A couple people joke about how their small-twon friends and relatives think Philly is a cesspool

recommendation:
just by BEING BLACK, the promote violence. because thats how the operate. they lived together in areas that they quickly bring down with them, and while not ALL of their number actually participate DIRECTLY in crime, they all take part in the culture of crime. IE - never cooperating with police when they are brought in or questioned, which continues the cycle of what the call 'racial profiling'.


There is a call to stop feeding the troll, but I don't think anyone heard it.
