Fake journals. Fake children. Real WTF by the truckload.
I can't even begin to explain all of this, but I found out about it through fake_lj_deaths.

Apparently, a user in the LJ rating community nouglybabies by the name of cold_still_life was busted as a fake. Not only did they not have any children of their own, but they actually stole photos from someone else and passed off those children as theirs. They also passed off the father of those kids as their husband, AND via IP matching, they were outed as having no less than 37 (yes, you read that right-- 37) different sockpuppet LJ's:

On an even weirder note, at least four of those socks had babies that died, and there's a whole host of Buffy/Whedonverse style WTF thrown in for good measure, because apparently her "children" were named after different characters, like Cordelia, and she supposedly had a four year old that was obsessed with BTVS.

I'm just shaking my head at all of this. It's too weird for words. o_O
