My, there's been a lot of wank in bad_service lately. This post starts off rather innocently: fadeddesignxx waited a long time for her food, and wants to make sure she was justified in asking for it to be comped. Commenters reassure her that it was bad service, until bitchness steps in:

That actually doesn't sound like you waited two hours. You seem to be saying that you didn't order your dinner until after you got your appetizers. If you got there at 7, and ordered your meal after you received the appetizers, and got your food at 8:50, then your actual wait time from order to food wouldn't have been much more than an hour. While still unacceptable, it's not nearly as bad as two hours.
