Separation of Church and State: because England is Roman Catholic or something
Last night, various people predicted wank about their states passing ballots, amendments to their constitutions, and other things. I just double checked to see if Arizona's Prop 107 (Ban on gay marriage, and limiting of rights for non-married couples in committed relationships) had passed or not. Arizona, it appears, did NOT pass the bill, by a 2% margin.

And lo, there is wank. There is really, really stupid wank.

I voted yes for prop 107. I honestly can careless though. How many times has a proposition been passed and then it gets put on the backburner? There is a lot of racism and hatred in the hearts of others. I don't agree with same-sex marriage... but again, I can careless. I will not raise my children to believe it is ok. but I will teach them it has to be tolerated. I will not raise my children to hate another because they are different from us. They will love them and care for them as we should for all humanity. just because someone's "lifestyle" is different than mine and I may not believe its right, does not give me the right to treat them evil.
The Lord will sort through everything, who are we to judge?


If 'gay' is about what sexually arouses a person and gay bi and trans are ok then there should be not any laws about how anyone does it. This would include removing laws against prostitution.

Amorality is a bad thing that has led to the downfall of nations in the past. "Those who don't learn from the past are bound to repeat it."


According to all the teachers we see on TV who have sex with their 12 yr old students - will be flaunting their love and their rights to marry them and raise them with their own 12yr olds. I do have friends that are in that lifestyle and I have to collaborae with their groups per my title and,I've noticed that they are constantly looking for something more, or someone else, but adament about their 'rights' for their sexual orientation. Who is to say what you should do with your time, just quit acting like it's normal and worth flaunting. Believe me, everyone does not want to see it. I AM an educated person.


SICK SICK SICK!!!! But it's not over till the fat lady sings! Sodom & Gomarah!!!! All I can say is same sex marriage is an abomination to GOD, no HE is not thrilled. He loves the sinner, he died for the sinner, but He doesn't love the sin!!! Marriage was and always will be between a man and a woman -- no matter what government might say/do. One day we will all stand accountable to God for our choices -- too bad for AZ, a very sad day indeed!!!!


To all you gay people out there, why are you fighting for marriage? WHy not just fight for equal rights? Why try to redifine an institution to suit your needs? I am all for equal rights, but that doesn't require marriage, civil unions should satisfy your needs. Equal rights, not special rights. Let us have our union, you can have yours, and we all have equal rights.

That would be perfect!!!! Give us the same rights - keep marriage as a religious experience and have civil ceremonies - with the same rights - for those of us that don't need to do this in a church - everyone wins.


I could not agree with nathan7857 and Brian9924 more, that the very same ones who are preaching acceptance and tolerance are the very same ones who are hypocritically being bigoted toward those who stand in support of the other side of the coin. The fact of the matter is that unlike those who are trying to state that this country was founded as one with separation of church and state as we know it today, it was in fact quite different as the "separation" was from the Roman Catholic church in England - time to brush up on your history bradley6496 in statting that "This country was founded on the separation of church and state and should remain that way, as our founding fathers intended."


And funny enough, there is a law (but not a constitutional amendment) that prevents same-sex marriage in Arizona, so people getting their panties in a bunch is even more amusing.
