So, memartin2005 posts about a bad customer experience in which her co-worker ends up elbowing a troublesome customer in the head.

While the first comment shows love for the OP's co-worker, the second by dazeydevyne is not as supportive. A discussion then develops from that comment over whether it was OK or not for violence to be used. Oops. Did I fail to mention this takes place at Hooters?

Some choice quotes:
pseudovivipary states "I think you should work a night at Hooters, it sounds like it might change your mind. :P I would agree it's out of the line normally, but I'm sure that if I got my ass grabbed and my boobs oogled as part of my job, I might like to get a bit physical with some customers." -- even though the customer in question was being vocally abusive, and not grabby or physical in any way.
