Attaaaaaaaaaaaack of the Wiccan wank!
It always amuses me how much mock_the_stupid manages to generate much wankworthy mock-fodder of its own.

Take this, for example: jeru posts a recent Something Positive strip to m_t_s (and the backstory behind that particular story arc is wank all to itself), feeling it makes a good example of mocking the stupid.

Wank is born as zombie_poodle misses the point and in a sweepingly generalized way declares, "OMGWTF Wiccans are teh suxx0r!!1!!eleventy-one!" This of course results in snark of the "way to be a bigot" variety, so zombie_poodle attempts justification by saying that, as the majority of Wiccans are posers, she hates them all!

Naturally, several Wiccans and pagans jump into the fray, because really, when someone says "If I ever meet a Wiccan who doesn't use his or her religion as an excuse to act like a drama queen, I will be happy to eat my words," who can resist that opening? After zombie_poodle is served several helpings of her words (which, let's be honest, is not exactly helping the Wiccans' cause here), she comes back with the following:

See it really doesn't work to respond to my comments informing me that I'm wrong without actually supporting your argument. I realize that there are people who feel differently than I do about this because otherwise Waldenbooks wouldn't have an entire section devoted to books with titles like How to Ride a Silver Broomstick with giant pentagrams on the covers and shit. I still disagree with you, but thanks for playing.

Kind of small wank yet, but with potential to grow.
