Yay! customers_suck wank two days in a row! This time, however, the topic is racism.

bane_keldare posts about the numerous times she has been called racist for things like following company policy and having to cook food to a proper tempature. Racism topics usually generate wank in customers_suck, but I thought this one was worded well enough that it would manage to avoid wank. Sadly, I was wrong.

All is well until gootube shows up, asking a question that looks simple, but is actually the beginning of a massive wankfest. "Excuse me, are you white??" The OP says yes, and then it gets messy. gootube explains by saying that minorities can't be racist, because rasicm is about power. (just so you know, everytime gootube says POC, it means "people of color." this is important later on) 'tis a messy argument indeed, and people call bullshit, but gootube insists that he is right. He also makes assumptions about the OP, tells his own stories of oppression, and is an asshat. Also, apparently members of customers_suck can tell what race gootube is over teh internetz. This is a special kind of crazy here.

Thankfully, (or sadly?) there is not much wanking from the other members of customers_suck. There are some interesting threads, though, such as this one about how google is racist. The best, however, is this thread, where one member interperted gootube's use of POC as "Pirates of the Carribean" and everyone went on from there. Seriously, read this. It's fecking hilarious.

Also, get this. gootube is a furbasher. Seriously.
