Maybe I'm a bad person but I don't really see why it's so bad that she wants to breed her unusually colored dog?

I get the whole there are tons of dogs in shelters and such being killed and I personally have all my dogs/cats sprayed/neutered cause I don't wanna deal with the puppies anyway but if the woman wants to do it I don't think disguising links to dead puppies is going to change her mind.
