That reminds me of a cartoon that was in my criminal law textbook in college. It had someone with a big smirk on his face sitting in the witness stand. Everyone in the courtroom had looks of shock, horror and disgust on their faces. I think one juror had fainted. And the judge was saying, "The jury will disregard the witness's last remark."

S'aright. Actually, for a cartoon about Richard Ramirez to be in my college textbook, it would have had to be put in at the last minute before going to print (damn I'm old).
