No, he's 10, he's far to young to decide things like that on his own. If he wanted to dress up like the Wolfman, I'd say no too. It's not his decision to make at that time. He's a child and he needs to know that he can't do anything he wants. It will just make a spoiled kid. When's he older, he can do whatever he wants. Urgh. Someone doesn't get that it's more than just wanting to wear a dress. Dressing up as Wolfman =/= wearing a dress because you don't feel comfortable in men's clothing. And he's definitely not too young to decide.
