I'm amused by this one from lisatrix.
How about... we escaped an oppressive, abusive, overbearing government system because we had guns? That might factor into it.

I'm so pleased to hear that Bush has, apparently, been assassinated.

That was me. And while I'm really, really not advocating shooting Bush, I'm very worried about the way the US is heading right now... I'm not keen to give up any more rights than I have already, if you know what I mean. I might need 'em.
