Personally, this was my favorite comment:

I'm a dog person, and I really can't stand cats. That being said, while watching that, I provided anecdotal proof of Adam Smith's theory of moral sentiments by imagining my dog in that thing and how much he would hate it.

That's got to be one of the most stupidly pretentious comments I've ever read. "I would like to use this moment to remind everyone that I read books - deep books - but am also too stupid to comprehend that an animal is in distress unless I imagine it's a puppy."
