Ahah. Ahaha. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH. I love this. It really does prove that people in my state will elect almost any idiot to a government position.

I mean, if we can't even enforce the ALMIGHTY NO CELLPHONES WHILE DRIVING RULE because most of our police officers couldn't give two fucks in general, how in the hell does this asinine new 'rule' have a chance of working?
