So a state senator in New York wants to ban using iPods while crossing city streets.

	Ahah. Ahaha. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH. I love this. It really does prove that people in my state will elect almost any idiot to a government position. I mean, if we can't even enforce the ALMIGHTY NO CELLPHONES WHILE DRIVING RULE because most of our police officers couldn't give two fucks in general, how in the hell does this asinine new 'rule' have a chance of working? One New Year's Eve years ago, I threw up in a trash can in front of Macy's Herald Square after some really bad Chinese and the cops just pointed and laughed at me...yeah the NYPD can be really great or just suck at times...
