Hokay. Effective satire takes something that exists already (e.g., the British screwing over the Irish poor) and pushes it one step further into the realm of absurdity (e.g., suggesting that the British eat Irish babies).

Here's why this guy isn't funny: Nobody is suggesting that rape is wonderful. There's nothing to satirize. Maybe if he was satirizing the idea that rape is always the woman's fault (which many people do believe), that might actually make sense. But he isn't.

Ergo, he is a dipshit. Q.E.D.
