Cue lots and lots and LOTS of offensive and defensive wank about teenage pregnancy and/or marriage and/or age differences in relationships, with some squicky/hilarious/startlingly-thoughtful results.

This thread, featuring a man who met and was attracted to his girlfriend when she was 13 is especially creepy. We get aaaaaaaaall the interesting ones of LJ, donchaknow!

	My students wouldn't be able to tell you anything about "The Raven," but they can tell you Poe married his 14-year-old cousin. I think he married his underage cousin too. And I think that Elvis hooked up with Priscilla when she was underage, though I'm not 100% sure of that and I can't be bothered to look it up.

Charlie Chaplin's another one who liked 'em young, and unlike the above examples he had enough of a track record in that department to qualify as a pedophile.
