Wow. You know, I could understand being pissed off at a customer with entitlement issues who just happened to be in a wheelchair. But getting mad at a customer who needed assistance? Umm... Where I work, at least, that's sort of the job. Helping the customers.
Now if there's a liability issue involved with giving someone a hand, as in "my company doesn't want us to touch the customers so we don't get sued" then yeah, she's in a rough position, but that's still not a reason to hate on the customer.
