Jesus sez "I'll Be Back"
So, you may or may not know about James Cameron's foray into the the "tomb of Jesus". (I'll get right on sending over that Jesus DNA I have in my attic so you can compare the strands, okay James? Oh, wait. That's Elvis' sweat.)

Cue Christians vs. atheists, Israel vs. Palestine, OogaBoogaing, L. Ron Hubbard, and one strange fellow donning his robe and wizard hat in the comments (supposedly, he gives you a good time if you call).

Argh, I made the mistake of trying to read some of the comments. Nothing makes my blood pressure spike quite like the smug "Christians" who intimate that they would like to see you suffer unspeakable agony for all eternity just so they can say "I told you so".

Ah, ReligionWank, how you amuse me. The best bits are all the people saying "but this one thing has some historical context, so it all has to be true." Yeah. And the city of Troy existed, so Hera and Athena really caused a war to get back at Aphrodite.

Also, wtf is up with the guy who posted that huge israeli/palestine essay? He sounds like an amateur law student trying to sneak something past by using silly terminology. Especially since the whole thing could be cut down to "you two are stuck together whether you like it or not, so learn to get along" which is not exactly a new concept either. Also, it has about as much relavance to this topic as my thoughts on yaoi.

I'm confused, I thought the tomb of Jesus was in northern Japan. It's just like the Da Vinci Code, except that Jesus gets off the cross, moves to Japan, and becomes a rice farmer.
