[info]customers_suck wank. Yeah, what else is new?

Short story: Customer comes in, demands full refund because the game he bought was mislabeled, the orignal poster refuses because it has been opened.

Eh, she admits that when people make enough of a fuss they cave and refund them. So . . . maybe they should cave and refund them earlier?

Yeah, the store policy (or the OP's personal spin on it at least) appears to be 'make sure the customer is good and pissed off before giving any refund' rather than no refunds at all.

Maybe they're hoping the customer will give up out of frustration before they have to give back the money.
