Short story: Customer comes in, demands full refund because the game he bought was mislabeled, the orignal poster refuses because it has been opened.

I don't quite get that either; just because you shop with your mom doesn't mean she drove you there to pick out your fat Trekkie clothes. And it's not like his mom got involved in this little argument.
