no fatties
In stupid_free, there's a post about a girl who is 5'4" and 90lbs, fishing for compliments in ask_me_anything.

[info]isolationista: There's really nothing wrong with preferring to be skinny.
[info]jade_faith: They also said there was nothing wrong with antidepressants, until the suicides started popping up.

And they're off! Look out for [info]blasphemae implying that "underweight!=skinny". And then "underweight=skinny", a few posts later!

Please, no fatbashing.

Changing metabolism when hitting 30 is awesome. Okay, I didn't gain 50 pounds. But I'm already really proud of the 10 pounds I gained. Because boobies OMG!11!! And something slightly resembling an ass. So sool.

Erm...that last word should be "cool". I'm playing to much Sims 2 me thinks.

Unfortunately I haven't gotten that new thermometer thingy to react in any significant way so far, while all the other players are complaining about spontaneous Sims combustion in the hot tub. Might be because I still have to sort through my hacks, though.

I've occasionally had it in the blue and in the red, but none of my Sims reacted much o_O . Also haven't managed to get a sunburn yet. And I have lotsa hacks (though mostly the already Seasons-approved from MATY... I just love crammyboy's cock!)

Except for my very first Seasons-testing sim, who had a beautiful garden, when suddenly the hottub started to burn. She caught fire shortly afterwards *sigh*

Ah, a fellow MATY attendee! (I'm a bit scared by the crammy cock and still use the unanimated mathman version.)

The only thing that went on fire since I installed Seasons was my graphics card the Ottamas Granny's butt. That was strange. She was cooking and instead of the food her ass burned up. Maybe she farted into the cooking gas? ;)

I'm an unregistered non-awesome person, though - mainly because I just discovered it three days ago via browsing the Sims wanks (I'd heard of it before, but somehow didn't get the main page or something *headdesks*).

Do you revere fear the venom cock :-p ? It was basically the first I came across... I just, color me weird, but I just get less distracted by that cock than by the dickless version *g*

Oh yes, I feel you on the graphic card. And I think I need more RAM/better processor/whateva - or basically, a new computer -_- -I need to get some tech friend who'd build me one for not much moneez *g*

And... mental image - DO NOT WANT.
(Haven't played them yet, though. I have to force-grow the sidearms of my legacy family first ;-) )

I'm mostly lurking there too, but almost always register immediately, because I'm a sheeple like that. At first I didn't manage to get over the subscription joke intro site either, and needed a direct link from MTS2 to get there.

Oh, I want my sims to be anatomically correct too, but am just so used to the penis version I have, that I never got around to install crammy's awesome fully functional one.

More RAM is good, less custom content is better... yeah, like that's ever going to happen. *sigh*

Yeah, well, it took me only, uh, 2 years since I first got there until I finally discovered the direct link. I think when I found the forums and saw the content, my love for F_W quadrumillibilli-pled ;-)

I got anatomically correct female skins by accident... they were coupled with something, I think the hairy male sim skins or something. Anyways, I was very glad.
When I discovered that the casual romance mod makes it get hard when woohooing? I was way too giddy *g*

Oh, I don't have much cc... just a few saris... and some hair... and skins, lipsticks, default replacement eyes, the Life Stories objects before they got pulled.
And, of course, the hacks.
*waits for monique to update her computer for Seasons* ^_^

So, und nachdem ich jetzt neugierig geworden bin, mir dein Profil angeschaut habe und festgestell habe, dass wir praktisch Nachbarn sind, werd ich dein LJ jetzt einfach mal frienden. Hoffe das ist in Ordnung.

Do you also already find it weird to write German on the interwebs?

Ach du Sch...ande *g* Und natürlich is des in Ordnung - mehr Freunde, mehr Macht *sinistres Lachen*

Yes, yes I do. Especially on my journal - I am on some German forums (okay, I'm totally on gayromeo), where I do use it, but outside of there? Weird.
Of course, it doesn't help that I'm currently at home almost 24/7 and spend most of my time on the English parts of the net *sigh*

*cries* You guys are reminding me that I don't have Pets or Seasons yet (damned grocery buying, always interfering with my fun). I *really* want Seasons because I'm a gardener in RL, and I loved it in Sims 1.

It's not been quite as fun for me, because I'd gotten into the habit of being all "oh, I can eat butter and cheese and fried everything and it won't matter because I never gain weight and tralala," and boy, is THAT causing me problems now. My best friend is going through the same thing, and she recently summed it up with, "the difference is that now when we eat an entire bag of Cheetos in one sitting, it has an effect."

Oh yes, I know what you mean. It's cool but also scary if you're not used to it. I'm still baffled by the eating equation changing from "tons of apple pie = nothing at all" to "tons of apple pie = more pounds."

Huh that happened to me when I turned 20. And I was never skinny but rather a never-changing size 8 through my teen years. Yeah, okay so totally different thing but same general idea. It's disconcerting to suddenly have to watch everything you eat or you'll balloon to a new dress size. After 5 years, I'm *almost* used to it.

Hi, body-twin!

I was a steady 10 until I turned 20. I went up to an 18 within the year, accompanied to the sounds of 'WTF body, no!'

Was not a situation of win.

Random, but do you have any good tips for how you started watching calories? My metabolism is just starting to change now and I have a hard enough time finding something decent to eat in the college cafeteria as is.

You know, I did Weight Watchers one summer to try to get small before going to Japan. The main thing was watching points gave me an idea of what was bad for me, or very high in calories even while being good for me. I don't know if I'd recommend Weight Watchers itself, unless you want a DIET, but getting an idea about counting points helped keep me in a frame of mind about food so I could make good choices even with limited options.

Another thing, I joined a gym, and all of a sudden 250 calories for a piece of candy or can of soda is more meaningful when it translates to "30 effing minutes on the eliptical machine" :)

Eh, I'm not a health freak, tho. I still treat myself and I think it matters more to get good calories than low calories. (A 300 cal salad w. veggies is better than a 100 diet meal made mostly with chemicals and starch).

I know the feeling -- in my case, I used to drink over two liters of Mountain Dew per day, and I've since had to quit.

(Yes, I'm a kinda skinny dude. I intend to stay that way.)
