Either the OP is overreacting or being too vague about what was actually said because anything like "enjoying your time off work?" isn't crude at all imho. Maybe a little too personal coming from a customer/stranger but otherwise it's fairly innocuous.

However, the commenters basically calling her a dirty h0r for even having hickeys need to stfu. They're hickeys for god's sake, not open and oozing syphilis sores.
