Okay, now that that's out of the way... Over on customers_suck, blackfroggy complains about customers who didn't alert them that the previews on the movie were rated R and not PG. Or at the least, failed to alert the theatre quickly enough. The fiance in the post (teenonfire4lord, which sounds like the title of the sophomore album for Faith Plus One; despite the username, he's 23) shows up to defend his wronged beloved and calls the customers who were slow on the draw both lazy and bad parents. Many people point out that customer service is usually the responsibility of the staff, but neither of them will hear anything of it.
